Physician Partners of Western PA LLC (PPWPA) is a physician-led, professionally managed clinically integrated network (CIN) composed of over 3,500 healthcare providers, serving patients across Western Pennsylvania, New York and West Virginia. Sponsored by Allegheny Health Network (AHN), PPWPA is uniquely positioned to succeed in transforming care delivery and providing value for the patients we serve. 

Led by Physicians

The PPWPA leadership structure supports meaningful representation and shared governance by our participants:

  • Physicians hold 75% of voting board positions on the Board of Managers
  • Physicians lead board committees
  • Physicians drive and approve business, operational, and financial decisions
  • We offer experienced management support services with CIN Board oversight
